Contract Reservation Agreement & Submission. In submitting this electronic contract reservation form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of the contract. A) Under no circumstances are contracts cancelled. In the event you need to “cancel” you ceremony, a “partial refund not to exceed 25% of the “total amount paid” will be issued within 30 days. B) Our time is valuable; we are not charging you to “perform the ceremony”, but rather, a booking fee to put you into our calendar. Once we put you into our calendar, this is time that we cannot get back that could have gone to someone else. c) A 48 hour notice of cancellation prior to ceremony date & time is required in writing by email, for any refund to be issued. D) No refunds will be issued for appointment “no shows”. A No Show includes failure for the bridal couple to notify us of any venue changes/ceremony date & time changes), and failure to meet as speciified according to the date/time and location specified on your reservation form. E) A 4 hour notice is required to change ceremony dates/times at no charge.
